Ingredients
- 20 oz cheese tortellini (uncooked)
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup chopped spinach

- 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- While the tortellini cooks, prepare the vegetables by chopping the spinach, halving the tomatoes, and mincing the garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, and garlic.
