  • 1 and 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • about 1/3 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted butter-softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 (3 oz.pckg) berry blue Jello (or other flavor to your taste)
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • ½ cup+ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted
  • Red gel food coloring
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup of canned crushed pineapple-drained from juice
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries halved
  • Fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and strawberry jam; press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chilled heavy cream and diced strawberries.
  3. Spread the cream mixture over the crust evenly.
  4. Dissolve berry blue Jello in boiling water, let cool slightly, then pour over the cream layer. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Top with fruit fillings and whipped cream before serving.
