  • 8 oz jumbo shells
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, basil)
  • Garlic (powder and pressed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, basil, garlic powder, pressed garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top and pour remaining sauce over them.
  6. Top with additional mozzarella and oregano.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
