- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for cream layer)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine strawberry Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved; set aside to cool.
- Crush pretzels finely and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a greased 13×9 dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
