Ingredients
- 1 pound Spicy Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
- 12 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ¾ cups Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese (divided)
- ½ cup Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes (drained)
- ¾ cup Pepperoncinis (drained and diced)
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, ¾ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, diced tomatoes, Pepperoncinis, seasonings, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
