Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.

  6. Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown; check with a toothpick for doneness.
