Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions

- In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
