- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar using an electric mixer.
- Add egg, molasses, vinegar, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and spices together.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined. Chill dough for one hour.
