Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple juice or cider
- 4 tbsp butter (cubed)
- 1 tbsp ground black or white pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp Paprika (sweet Hungarian paprika)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Pre-soak wood chips for 30 minutes.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Pat the ribs dry and remove silver skin.
- Mix rub ingredients and generously apply to both sides of the ribs.
- Let ribs rest at room temperature.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
