- 2 packs udon noodles
- 200 g fresh beef, thinly sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- Chinese cabbage (or any leafy green)
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the beef by mixing minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry in a bowl. Coat the beef and let it sit for 10 minutes.
