  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water with Old Bay seasoning, add shrimp, and cook until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until well coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in panko bread crumbs until coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp mixture and bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes until bubbly. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
