  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice total
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon by whisking together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Add salmon fillets and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the mango salsa by dicing mango, avocado, red bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, and onion. Combine ingredients in a bowl with lime juice and salt; mix gently.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook marinated salmon for about 4 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
