  • 2 filets salmon (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon filets dry and cut them into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt; reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade.
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Air fry the salmon at 400°F for about 7 minutes until crispy.
  5. Mix yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil in a small bowl for the sauce.
  6. Assemble each bowl with brown rice as the base, topped with salmon bites, edamame, avocado slices, reserved marinade drizzle, and spicy yogurt sauce.
