Ingredients
- 2 filets salmon (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup cooked edamame
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Pat the salmon filets dry and cut them into 2-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt; reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade.
- Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 3 minutes.
