- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC) and adjust the rack to the lower third position.
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; mix well.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet covered with foil and roast for about 5 minutes. Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 10 minutes before flipping them over and roasting for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
