Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to about 120°F and combine it with melted butter, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter on top, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 pieces. Place them cut-side up in a greased baking pan.
  6. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
