- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, vanilla extract, sugar, and corn syrup; set aside.
- Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and sugars.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
