Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then stir in pumpkin puree.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, folding in chocolate chips until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Bake for 26 to 29 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
