  • 4 Franklin Farms Portabella Veggie Burgers
  • 4 large Portabella mushroom caps
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Clean mushroom caps by removing stems and scraping out gills.
  3. Press one veggie burger into each mushroom cap and place in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, thawed spinach, mayonnaise, feta cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Chill this mixture for 10 minutes before forming it into four patties.
  6. Top each veggie burger with a cheese patty.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until heated through and soft.
  8. Serve warm.
