Description

In just about 35 minutes, you can whip up a batch of these delicious sliders that are perfect for sharing—though we won’t blame you if you keep them all to yourself!

  • 12 count package Hawaiian rolls
  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices deli-style dry cured pepperoni
  • â…“ cup melted salted sweet cream butter
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Keeping the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally.
  3. Place the bottom layer of rolls in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over the buns and spread pizza sauce on top.
  5. Layer pepperoni over the sauce in rows.
  6. Add remaining mozzarella on top of the pepperoni.
  7. Replace the top layer of buns and brush melted butter over them.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover for additional browning if desired.
