Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns (6)
- Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut hamburger buns in half and spread mayo or butter on the cut sides. Bake for about 5 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef with diced onion and green pepper until browned (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
- Combine beef broth with cornstarch and beef bouillon; stir into skillet.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and remaining seasonings. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until combined.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture until melted.
- Spoon mixture onto toasted buns and top with provolone cheese slices. Return to the oven for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
