- 1–2 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes and soften the cream cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with agave nectar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle (13”x9”) on a floured surface, creating a border and pricking the center.
