Instructions

  2. Warm milk with butter and salt until melted; cool to lukewarm.
  3. Combine eggs, yeast mixture, and milk mixture in a large bowl; stir in flour gradually until a dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 8 minutes).
  5. Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl covered with a cloth for about an hour.
  6. Prepare the glaze by melting butter and mixing with brown sugar and pecans in a pan.
  7. Roll out dough into a rectangle; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with filling mixture.
  8. Roll tightly, cut into rolls, and place in prepared glaze for a second rise.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden.
