Ingredients

- 2 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 3.4 oz. box instant lemon pudding
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 16 oz. tubs frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish and refrigerate to set.
- For the lemon layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then mix in lemon juice and milk. Gradually add instant pudding mix until smooth, then spread over the crust.
