Ingredients
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2–1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1–1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mixes until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and continue mixing until well combined.
- Fold in 11.5 oz of Cool Whip gently.
- Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch baking pan. Layer with graham crackers followed by pudding mixture and berries. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
