  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 21/2 cups cold milk
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mixes until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and continue mixing until well combined.
  2. Fold in 11.5 oz of Cool Whip gently.
  3. Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch baking pan. Layer with graham crackers followed by pudding mixture and berries. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cake.
