- 1 (32 oz) container beef broth
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans tomato soup

Instructions
- Season the pot roast with salt and pepper. Place it in a slow cooker with half the beef broth and cook on LOW for about 10 hours until tender; shred with two forks.
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add carrots and the frozen seasoning blend; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add shredded beef to the pot along with chopped potatoes, remaining frozen vegetables, beef broth, tomato soup, and water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
