  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic until tender (about 5–6 minutes). Season with salt and pepper; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, and flour until smooth. Simmer on low for about 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked gnocchi and stir in Parmesan until well mixed. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in the sautéed mushrooms; season with additional salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with parsley if desired.
