  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough into individual triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, set aside shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cut pepperoni slices in half to fit on dough triangles.
  5. In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter and mix with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  6. Brush butter mixture onto each dough triangle.
  7. Place halved pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle followed by mozzarella cheese.
  8. Roll each triangle from wide end to point.
  9. Arrange rolls on the baking sheet and brush with remaining butter mixture.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
