- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about one hour to help it firm up.
- Once firm, scoop out portions and roll into small balls (about 1 1/4 inches).
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for coating.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
