Moose Bites are the ultimate no-bake treats that everyone will love. These delightful little bites combine the creamy sweetness of sweetened condensed milk with rich chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and crunchy graham crackers, creating a mouthwatering snack that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about one hour to help it firm up.
  4. Once firm, scoop out portions and roll into small balls (about 1 1/4 inches).
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for coating.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
