  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Spices: paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover skillet for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
