Ingredients
- 85 grams jelly crystals
- 125 mls cream
- 12 pieces Tiramisu sponge fingers
- 1/2 cup port, sherry or juice
- 1 1/2 cups custard
- 400 grams mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 200 mls thickened cream
Instructions
- Prepare jelly according to package instructions and pour into small dessert dishes. Chill until set.
- When jelly is close to setting, mix remaining jelly with cream and beat until fluffy. Layer over the set jelly.
- Crush sponge fingers and soak them in port or juice; layer on top of the flummery.
- Add custard as another layer followed by chopped berries.
- Whip thickened cream until stiff peaks form and pipe onto the trifles. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
