  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 12 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz. cream cheese light
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup caramel topping (or more)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, sauté diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Let cool.
  2. Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of four mason jars.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar, followed by the cooled spiced apples and a drizzle of caramel.
