Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups diced apples
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1–2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz. cream cheese light
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup caramel topping (or more)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, sauté diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Let cool.
- Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of four mason jars.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar, followed by the cooled spiced apples and a drizzle of caramel.
