  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions but reduce time by 2 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
  4. In a skillet, brown Italian sausage with chopped onion for about 10 minutes; add garlic and red pepper flakes for the last minute.
  5. Mix the sausage mixture with marinara sauce and toss with spaghetti.
  6. Layer half of the pasta mixture in a baking dish; spread the cheese mixture on top, then add the remaining pasta mixture and top with mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and broil until bubbly.
