Ingredients
- 4 pounds russet potatoes
- 12 ounces cooked bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream

- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
