  • 1 lb linguine
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, place lemon slices under and over it on the baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 25 minutes until flaky.
  3. Cook linguine according to package directions in salted water; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, lemon juice, zest, and reserved pasta water; whisk until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce in the skillet, then gently fold in the baked salmon chunks and chopped parsley before serving.
