  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 4 cans (14 oz each) cannellini beans (drained)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Italian seasoning, rosemary, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  2. Remove the meats and sauté onions in the remaining fat until golden; add garlic.
  3. Stir in beans, broth, seasonings; scrape up any browned bits.

  5. Return meats to pot with carrots; simmer until carrots are tender.
