Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. For the brownie base: Combine melted butter with granulated and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet ingredients. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
