  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 12 maraschino cherries with stems
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. For the brownie base: Combine melted butter with granulated and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet ingredients. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. 3. For the cheesecake filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
