  • 4 packages hot cocoa mix (or 3/4 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mallow Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat together softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
  7. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Drop tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  9. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  10. Let cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
