- 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In one bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or honey), Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla essence.
- In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
