Ingredients
- 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
- 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 7–8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a baking dish (9×9 or 9×13) with cooking spray or butter.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Toast the bottom buns in the prepared dish for about 3-5 minutes until slightly golden.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns (optional).
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the toasted bottom buns; place the top buns back on.
- In a microwave-safe cup, melt butter and mix in poppy seeds, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the assembled sliders.
- Bake for 10 minutes uncovered; cover with foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
