Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass fillet (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sea bass pieces with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown on both sides, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds before adding chopped green onions; cook until softened.
  4. Return the fried sea bass to the skillet, stirring in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar until evenly coated.
  5. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot with steamed rice.
