Ingredients
- 450 grams ground chicken
- 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 60 grams breadcrumbs
- 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 60 millilitres whole milk
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 25 grams grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix in whole milk until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and optionally sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
