  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz rigatoni pasta
  • red pepper flakes
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper; sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Rest the steaks before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth; stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Combine sliced steak tips and cooked rigatoni with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
