  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ Juice of Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add butter to the skillet and then shrimp; cook until shrimp turn opaque (4-6 minutes).
  4. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, sea salt, and black pepper; mix until combined.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine into the skillet until well coated.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
