- 4 tablespoons Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- Ground cinnamon, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt diced butter and chopped chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time.
- Mix in espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
