  • 2 3/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Sugar (granulated & powdered)
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Mix in melted chocolate.
  3. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, whip additional heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla, then spread over cheesecake.
