- ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
- ¼ cup ground cinnamon
- For icing: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons cream or milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture; beat until combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating with whipping cream and milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into the Bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake for approximately 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before icing.
