- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- sprinkle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and flour. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and eggs until combined.
