  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes (3.3 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • Assorted Easter candy (Peeps, Robin eggs, sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Crush two-thirds of the Oreos into fine crumbs and layer them in a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding mixes until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the Oreo crust and sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreos.
  6. Refrigerate for at least three hours to set, then decorate with assorted Easter candies before serving.
