Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a stand mixer or bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and caramel chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, leaving about 2 inches apart; sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
