Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp water (more or less as needed)
  • 34 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • flaked sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pea protein, cacao powder, and salt.
  2. Add sunflower seed butter and vanilla extract; mix well. Gradually add water until dough-like consistency is reached.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt before serving.
